Bavarian Air Sports

h&d advises the Bavarian Air Sports Association on a regular basis, particularly in issues related to air traffic law and the law of associations, as well as in liability matters.

Approximately 300 air sports clubs with a total of 16,500 members in the divisions of gliding, model flight, power flight, sport parachuting, ballooning, ultra light flight and paragliding are affiliated to the Bavarian Air Sports Association (LVB).

LVB fulfils technical, organizational, representative and consulting tasks for its member clubs.

In air sports, a great number of applicable national, European and international regulations require an extensive legal coverage.
