2nd underground trunk line of the Munich suburban train

The law firm Heinrich and Dörner has been accompanying the project "2nd underground trunk line" – a development project aimed at realizing a second tunnel for the suburban train system in Munich – since the beginning of the planning procedure in 2004.

Such a planning procedure requires the cooperation of engineers, experts, technical and commercial planners and, last but not least, specialized lawyers.

Legal accompaniment of the project already begins with the feasibility studies and the start of the town and country planning procedures. Legal advice is especially needed when official approval of such planning is at stake and various objections and expert statements must be dealt with.
